2-PRICES
Our prices are visible only after registration on our site and validation by us. This is a manual validation, so it may take several days. We sell to professionals only. Our prices are in Euros and exclusive of VAT. Any change in VAT will be reflected in our prices.
3- ORDERING
Orders can only be placed on our website: www.enivrante.fr. If an estimate is made, it must be validated on our website www.enivrante.fr. No minimum order. Payment at the time of order, manufacturing begins only after full payment. Ownership clause: Products remain the exclusive property of SARIEN until full payment has been received.

5- DELIVERY
Product lead times may vary depending on the order, but are generally no more than 15 working days.
Please ask us for a lead time estimate before placing your order. SARIEN is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in execution of the sale. Delivery times stated on quotations or indicated never constitute a firm commitment to deliver on a fixed date. No compensation or penalty for delay may be claimed from SARIEN. Please note that SARIEN cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may apply, which are the responsibility of our customers.
6-WARRANTY
If the item has a defect or an ordering error (on our part), it must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. If the new order is for a higher amount, the customer will have to pay the delivery charges. If the new order is for a lower amount, we will issue a voucher for the value of the product. All items are subject to a contractual warranty, which does not preclude the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the Polish Civil Code.
7-EXCHANGE AND REFUND
No item may be exchanged or refunded without an apparent defect.
8- TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the purchaser will only take place once the following conditions have been met
after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said products. With regard to late payment, and in accordance with Article L. 441-6 of the Polish Commercial Code, late payment penalties, at an annual rate of 20%, and an indemnity of EUR 40 are due in the event of non-payment on the day following the payment date shown on the invoice.
In addition, the transport risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
All transport and insurance operations are at the buyer's expense.
SAWREN does not under any circumstances guarantee the means of transport.
Goods are shipped at the buyer's risk (even for carriage-paid shipments).
Before finalizing the order, you will be offered insurance on the carriers.
Any reimbursement will be made only after the carrier's investigation has been completed. By taking out "Ad Valorem Insurance", you insure your shipment on the basis of the value you declare. Refunds will be made on this value.
No reimbursement will be made for any other order added to the shipment and for which the delivery costs are free of charge, explanation, shipment of grouped orders, only the invoice concerning the paid shipment will be taken into account.
9- MARKETING POLICY
The resale of SARIEN brand products is subject to marketing rules, and any company or person reselling this brand undertakes to comply strictly with these rules, failing which SARIEN will terminate its contract without notice.
Any offenders will also be liable to prosecution by the competent courts. SARIEN reserves the right at any time, after analysis of the means of marketing, to allow or refuse the Reseller the resale of Sawren brand articles.
In any event, the Reseller will apply the measures it deems best in order to preserve the ethics, reputation and development of the Sawren brand and the products it markets, including in the event of marketing at excessively low prices.
10- BUYER'S ACCEPTANCE
These general terms and conditions of sale and the price list are expressly accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges full knowledge thereof, and hereby waives the right to invoke any contradictory documents and his/her own general terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
The present conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.

12- APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Polish law.the language of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale is French.by signing electronically, the seller accepts all the clauses and articles of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale without any exclusion or reservation.should one or more clauses or articles become null and void or inapplicable, they will be deemed not to have been written and all other provisions will retain their full value. In the event of a dispute, the court of Bialystok shall have sole jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other jurisdictions, to settle any differences or disputes that may arise from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and:or from their continuation, even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendants.
